Dosage
It should only be used in the amount recommended by the doctor. Evolvia PREMATURE is prepared by adding 4.8 grams of powdered formula to 30 ml of water. The dose and amount to be used should be adjusted individually for each baby according to the baby’s body weight and energy needs. Follow the instructions for the preparation of the formula for the health of your baby and to prevent possible diseases that may result from improper preparation of the formula. Improper preparation, storage, or use causes health problems. One measuring spoon contains approximately 4.8 g of powdered formula. The measuring spoon is inside the box.
Recommendations for Use:
- Do not heat the prepared formula in the microwave oven.
- Prepare fresh formula each time.
- Discard the leftover formula; do not give it to your baby.
Storage Conditions
- Evolvia PREMATURE is packaged in a protective environment to ensure the best preservation of its nutritional properties.
- Keep the box closed in a cool and dry place.
- It is recommended to consume the formula within 1 hour after preparation.
- Evolvia PREMATURE should be consumed within one month after opening the box.
- Store at room temperature (15 – 25 °C).
