For each bottle:

Evolvia AC is prepared by adding 4.7g of powdered formula to 30 ml of water. Unless recommended otherwise by the doctor, it should be prepared as follows:

One measuring spoon contains approximately 4.7 g of powdered formula. The measuring spoon is inside the box. Improper preparation, storage, or use can cause health problems.

Evolvia AC is food for special medical purposes for a specific group of babies and young children and can be consumed as the sole source of nutrition for up to 6 months.

Recommendations for Use:

Do not heat the prepared formula in the microwave oven.
Prepare fresh formula each time.
Discard the leftover formula; do not give it to your baby.

Storage Conditions

Evolvia AC is packaged in a protective environment to ensure the best preservation of its nutritional properties.
Keep the box closed in a cool and dry place.
It is recommended to consume the formula within 1 hour after preparation.
Evolvia AC should be consumed within one month after opening the box.
Store at room temperature (15 – 25 °C).
